This award is given to a small company or organisation which has demonstrated outstanding commitment to an LGBTQ community.
Inspirational Role Model
Presented to an individual who has seen their profile increase dramatically over the past year to the benefit of the LGBTQI community, either within the workplace or the wider community.
Large Brand or Organisation
This award is given to a company or other organisation which has demonstrated outstanding support for the LGBTQI community.
Outstanding LGBTQI Network Group
Awarded to the corporate LGBTQI staff network which provides the greatest support to its members.
Corporate LGBTQIA Champion
Presented to a LGBTQI individual who champions our community in every aspect of their work life and beyond.
Head of Diversity
A company’s Head of Diversity is the lynchpin of their organisation’s D&I policy, setting the standards for others to follow. This award is given to the HoD who has demonstrated excellence and commitment over the past year to LGBTQIA employees.
Corporate Ally
Given to someone who does not identify as LGBTQI but who has leveraged their influence to demonstrate support for LGBTQI equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and beyond.
Outstanding LGBTQIA Network Lead of the Year
This award recognises and celebrates an individual or individuals who show exceptional leadership of their ERG, providing a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for their colleagues and therefore creating a positive impact on the business.
